This brand new restaurant is family owned and operatd. The husband is the chef, his wife is the waitress and cashier, and her mother is also a waitress. The atmosphere is casual, the service is excellent, and the food is prepared above excellent. He make his own BBQ sauce which is just out of this world. I had the BBQ pork sandwhich on a french roll. The pork was so very tender and extremely tastey as it was smoked with mesquite. My wife had the 1/2 slab of pork ribs. The meat just fell off of the bone. Both my sandwhich and her ribs came with rice and home-made beans (nothing out of a can here). The meat is smoked in the restaurant over night. I highly recommend this gem of a find. Do go there and enjoy. By the way, they are so new they missed the listings in the phone book. Yet they are always busy, that says a lot!
