Some of the best Italian food i have found in Seattle. Their pasta is
so fresh and cant be beat. They also have an excellent wine selection
to chose from for your meal. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable
and will help you select a great wine to go with your food. you have to
try this place.

One of my all-time favorite spots in Seattle. The ambience, warm
service and delightful wine/food will surely win you over! I've
never been disappointed! Try one of their wine tastings led by
chef John Neumark - first Saturday of every month. Each wine is
paired with a small bite. I went to the last one - had a great time.
The food might not be the best you've ever tasted, but you
can't beat the charm and ambience! I'm happy just sitting
in the candle-lit bar with a glass of great wine. Check it out!

I went here with my cousin years ago and it made a lasting impression.
The atmosphere was incredibly romantic and they offer outside
seating which is surrounded by beatiful ivy. The food was delicious
and service was great.

night place.

Being new to Seattle, I was overjoyed to discover this gem right
in my neighborhood. Serafina excels with friendly, attentive
service. The food ('country' Italian) is very well prepared
and served nicely. Did I mention the friendly and attentive staff?
I've been there five times with everyone from family members
to a internet date to out-of-State business guests, the guests
asking to return later in the evening they were so impressed.
Service: **** (hey, I'm hard to please). Food, after traveling
all over the world, I'd give 'em **** but in the realm of fine dining
they get ** 1/2 but whose counting? Did I mention the friendly
attentive service? You will not be disappointed. Get a reservation
Friday & Saturday night, includes live jazz. Try Serafina for
lunch, many of the dinner entrees are on the menu for about half
the price of dinner.

Serafina is a small quaint neighborhood Italian type bistro
that offers a great romantic atmosphere for either evening dining
or weekend brunch. Serafina sports a full bar nice wine list
great pastas and fresh seafood and probably one of the best bloodymarys
with "fresh horseradish" I have ever had. I would not recommend
Fri or Sat dining without reservations as you might find yourself
waiting a while but they do have the bar to pass the time, a couple
of drinks from here and chances are your plans could change before
your table is ready I am not sure if this is good or bad but the cocktails
are freehand pour and heavy on the hand. I have found dining on
a Weds or Thurs evening seems to be a little more intimate. Your
server is more engauged in your table and seem's more involved
in making your experience special. over all its a great choice
for taking a first date and they boast success in relationships
that started there for a first date. I think they might be on to
so ...
