Great food in a great atmosphere. We had the 7 course dinner - every one
was a treat. Favorites were the scallop and gnocchi, the pork fat, and
the cheeses. The wine was amazing - and the grappa - well - blinding.

The best option is to get the sampler, where you get small portions of
many types of meat. Then, you can have seconds of whatever you liked
the most. But be careful not to fill up on the first round!

This is not the place for a discount meal. It is THE place for probably
the best food in Las Vegas. Everything is done right. You must visit
this place.

The primary fame of this branch of a New York City fave (it's
pronounced are-ree-all), run by Charlie Palmer, comes from
their gimmicky wine tower, four stories of probably the finest
wine collection in Vegas, made even more sensational thanks
to catsuit-clad lovelies who are hoisted on wires to reach bottles
requested from the uppermost heights. Lost in this Vegas-show
glitz is one of the truly best of the fine dining experiences around,
thanks to a (as of this writing) newish and deeply talented chef.
The menu is a three-course prix fixe, though if you are winsome
enough, they might send out luxurious extras like pâté on brioche
topped with shaved truffles or an espresso cup of cold yellow-pepper
soup with crab. Otherwise, expect marvels like a tender roasted
lamb loin and braised shoulder, or a rack of venison accompanied
by sweet-potato puree and chestnut crisp. Everything demonstrates
the hand of a true chef in the kitchen, someone paying close attention
to hi ...

Awesome restaurant! This has got to be one of the coolest restauranta
in Vegas. It is located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort. It's amazing
because to enter you have to enter across a sort of drawbridge
and the first thing you see is a 3 story wine cellar. It was like
watching Mission: Impossible as a guy obtained a particular
bottle of wine for a table. Another thing that amazed me was that
some of the tables had their own personal patio that they could
go out and sit where they could wait or even eat their meal. And
this patio overlooked so beautiful property with actual swans
walking and swimming about. Then they food came and was spectacular.
They only thing was it was rather expensive. GREAT RESTAURANT
