One of the best restaurants in Fairfield County, Tristan features the culinary art of Jose Pacido, the only 3-star chef in Connecticut. Their meats and fish are brought in fresh daily, and when they display their specials, they certainly are. Everything is prepared to order and is beautifully presented. Reservations are required on weekends and should be made 2 weeks in advance. It's almost impossible to walk in on a Friday or Saturday night and get a table. During the week is much better for a last minute decision to try this fine restaurant. They have a small but excellent wine list and a good variety of liquors from around the world at their bar.
