I absolutely LOVE Yang-Tze! They have excellen chicken-fried-rice. They use a special flavoring or oil to cook it that gives it a terrific taste and also appears to be shiny and very tasty to the eye. I give this place % satrs because the staff is always very nice and friendly, the place is ALWAYS clean and best of all, the food is FANTASTIC!
