Maid Rite is the best, from the tradition of chewed bubble gum on the wall to the friendly Ohioans that work there. We live in Upstate NY and will eat there every day when we visit family there. You can never grow tired of this sandwich!! (Cheese Rite's are my favorite)

Word of warning. This place has great food, the maid-rites are not to be missed. But the squeamish may be turned off by all the gum on the building. It's a tradition to stick your used gum on the outer walls of the place, it's literally covered with it. I, myself, have a couple pieces up there. This is a must-stop if in Greeneville.

This probably the most famous restaurant in this half of Ohio, and with good reason. The sandwiches are the best and the milkshakes are just as good. A must try place.

I've heard of Maid-Rites for years. Coming from Dayton back to Elkhart, In. on vacation this year, we had to take a detour so I could try 1 or 2. Wish I could of ate more. We went inside and ate at the counter, you can watch them make the sandwichs. Very friendly servers as well as customers. The cars where lined up for the drive-thru. Fast service and a taste that makes you want to go back for more. I'll be back!!!!!

I love Maid Rites! I live about 25 miles away now so it is a lot easier to have Maid Rites. I used to live in KS but anytime we came home to winchester, IN we HAD to go get Maid Rites! If you go make sure you are chewing gum to add to the outside wall. Once you are there you will understand what I am talking about. My brother and his wife live in southern Missouri and when they come up we go over to Greenville just to get a Maid Rite. They have a undescribable flavor.

Gotta stop in here when in Greenville and grab a bag of Maid Rites or a Big Jim , great shakes too Drive through or minimal seatint avail. This Place is known for miles .
