Boasts having the biggest pancakes in Texas! It's believable -- about the size of a large dinner plate. Can't eat more than one except on a good day. Other menu items are good -- lunch and dinner as well. Price is right in a small West Texas cafe. Atmosphere is casual. Located just opposite the town square, you'd miss it or wouldn't even stop if you are just passing through town. Try it for breakfast but don't order the short stack!
