The hidden jewel of the desert. This is amazing food. I ordered Cajon Chicken in penne. The waiter asked how hot I like it and I didn't think they would be able to reach my standards of hot so I said to bring the heat. The chef brought the heat....it was perfect. This not the normal Italian, there is a twist in each entree. Also an active bar which makes whatever you can think of. The Capri is a must for any Italian or Steak lovers. My wife had steak, I have eaten at Ruths Cris, Mortons and LG's, this compares with all.
