Flat Top Grill

Flat Top is definitely a great restaurant to go to on a date or with friends. The selection of vegetables, meats, sauces, and rice/noodles from which to choose is far superior to Mongolian Grill. You have the choice of having your food prepared as a salad (they will place your cooked selections atop mixed greens), as a moo~shu (with pancakes), as a soup, or as a basic stir-fry. It may seem confusing at first, but don't be shy ~ the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, and no one will make you feel rushed. The ingredients are well marked, and the nutritional values of all the sauces are clearly posted on the wall. I'm amazed that there is no oil used whatsoever; everything is just thrown onto the flat top grill (hence the name!) and cooked up before being delivered to you at your table. Healthy and fun!
