The food here is phenomenal! Delicious! Meticulously prepared.
The drinks are yummy too. The best Chinese cooking in New England.

There longer exists any Chinese Resturants; only degrade, ignominous
versions of Chinese AMericana. However, at PG, the flavor remains
intact. I just came from Taiwan, and when I went to PG, it was as
if I never left the Taiwanese Mandrain culinary culture. The
only difference is that the main ingedients changed. Fresh,
1.5 hard shell lobster simmered in rice wine-fermented balck
bean sauce. The sauce is truelly masterfully perfected, however
in Taiwan or anywhere in China will you find, meaty, sweet, savory,
and crisp Maine lobster. The vegetable are always fresh, crisp,
and full of spring. Even in dead of winter, I had a plate of ginger
sauteed green beans that was just as good as a mid-summer hand
picked beans. The head Chef (Mike Yao) studied traditional banquet
cooking in Taiwan, and Chef Chen sudied regional cooking in Fujien.
The food is most excellent and reasonably priced! Excellent!
