Very unique pizzas and great salads. A large variety of different pizzas. I have yet to try them all.

California Pizza Kitchen is very good. They have unique wood fired pizzas, pasta, and salads. The barbeque chicken pizza is my favorite. If you are sick of the average pizza restaurants I recommend this.

The pizza is "too gourmet"? Come on, its Scottsdale!!! This is THE place for anyone who is tired of plain Jane pizza! How about a Japanese Eggplant pizza with baby vegetables, Grilled Garlic Shrimp, Goat cheese with Roasted Peppers, or a Thai Chicken or Jamaican Jerk Chicken pizza? No? Perhaps Carmelized Pear & Gorgonzola is more to your liking. Were you the only one in the group that wanted a sandwich but got outvoted? Get the B.L.T. pizza! My favorite pick--The Santa Fe Chicken pizza: Grilled chicken breast marinated in lime and herbs, caramelized onions, Mozzarella cheese and cilantro, topped with fresh tomato salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Their unique crust MAKES the taste of the pizzas! Also available: whole wheat crust. For complete menu, check out cpk.com Also, service is excellent, and my husband and I are strict critics on that one!

I like California pizza kitchen. Their pizza is very good, and the sauce has a uniqe flavor that keeps you coming back. The salads are very filling and fresh. However, the more i eat there the more i feel like im getting sick of it...kinda like papa johns. So thats why it gets the three stars.

Service is above average.

I didn't really like this place. The pizzas were too gourmet; they weren't really "pizza". The wood brick ovens give the pizza a weird taste too. They do make good salad, though.

California Pizza Kitchen is very good. They have unique wood fired pizzas, pasta, and generous salads. The desserts are excellent, especially the chocolate souffle cake with vanilla bean sauce. If you are lucky enough to live near a California Pizza Kitchen, try it! The restaurant on Scottsdale Road is good too, with good service.
