Went here for the nightlife only, it was worth it because we got
to smooze with Pierce Brosnan. Be prepared to stand up all night
unless you want to buy the right to sit at a table which starts at
$350 and up. Will cost $60 just to get into the club on a Monday night,
and there's no guaranty they'll let you in, strict dress
code. The view from the outside deck is awesome, don't forget
your camera. A beer will cost you 6.50, and if you order drinks
on the rocks....you pay a dollar for the rocks. The Foundation
room is at the top of Mandalay Bay.
The decor, view, food, and service is excellent. There is no way
to describe this experience, you must experience it yourself.
Bring your wallet and your camera it's well worth it.
The two thousand dollar membership fee into this penthouse level
club/bar/restaurant is well worth it. Situated on top of the
Mandalay Bay Hotel, the Foundation room is elaborately decorated
with wood carvings, statues of Buddha, burning incense, etc.
In this otherworldly atmosphere, you'll forget everyhting
else. The food is phenomenal- from the Chicken Ravioli appetizer
to the cream spinach pasta. In my opinion, the best restaurant
in town. Don't forget to order the chocolate cake desert. Also,
don't forget your wallet.
