One of the few places you can still get fish and chips in ventura. I love to squeeze a little lemon, some vinegar and take my fish and chips for a short walk to sit on a wall and gaze at the ocean. right time of year, you might even see the whales mirgrating. just one of the resturants that makes ventura feel like home.

?As far as I know this little place mixes up some of the best clam chowder in Southern California. They make great fish and chips (and give you a choice of cod, clams, halibut, shrimp, scallops, and occasionally other fish - depending on the local catch, I assume). Their ?chips? are excellent and, for a slight additional charge, you can have both the fish and the chips cooked without any oil using their new ?Air Grill?. Other specialties are: fish tacos, chicken tenders, fried artichoke hearts, and onion rings. Slightly pricey as far as fast food restaurants go, lunch for two will set you back about $20.00, but only because the two of you will ?have to? split a quart of clam chowder while you wait for your meal to cook. If you like the food at Andria?s try this place, you?ll love it!
