The food is fantastic.My husband and I have been eating there for years and have never had a meal that was not fantastic!!! The survings are always more then enough food and it is delicious. Also I have used Gennaros to cater large and small events and everyone raves about the food.

I mostly do take out from Gennaro's, and I can tell you I have never had food like this before. With every meal I have ordered and picked up it was still hot and fresh and delicious, I have alway's got homemade bread with these meals that tasted like it was just baked, and it was like a loaf of bread. Jerry does not serve small portions and you have plenty for lunch if you can't finish it the night before. I tell all my friends about Gennaro's and one of my friends booked a 10 person reservation for a birthday night out they all loved the food. The soups are wonderful and all homemade, you can't beat these when the weather gets colder there hearty and comforting.

Excellent food- reasonable prices! The antipasto is to die for! We often have the antipasto and a cheese pizza (brick-oven) for a hot summer dinner.

If you want to dance in your seat this is the restaurnat to go to. I always get the chicken saltenboca. I never vary and never open the menu. Ever time my food comes I dance the food is hot abundant and consistant. Service is fast and friendly. The homemade bread is fabulous. I am never able to finish my meal and bread is always packed to go with my unfinished meal upon request.This is a small quaint eatery where the people sitting next to you can strike up a conversation with you.They will cook to accomodate and offer suggestions. Definatly my happy place when I want a sure thing.

This restaurant is fantastic! The best garlic bread this side of the Mississippi! It is made like a pizza and cooked in a brick oven. Also, the Dijion Chicken is the best! Homemade bread is served with each meal. I have to admit that my all-time favorite is the large chicken caesar salad! It could feed four people easily. They are open for lunch and dinner. You can also call ahead and your take-out meal will be ready when you get there! You haven't lived until you've eaten at Gennaro's!!!
