I am an European and it's hard to find European style pastries
in the city. Maurice's products are just perfect for people
like I am. In addition, Maurice's King Cake and birthday
cakes are great...

Chef/owner Jean Luc Albin is a native of Province, France, and
brings his expertise in French Cuisine to the finest pastry shop
in New Orleans. This bakery and pastry shop is so popular, that
it is open every day except Mardi Gras, when the parades won't
allow the bakers to find a place to park! He also caters to top New
Orleans hotels, businesses and polticians, and celebrities.
During holidays, the lines are so long, people will wait in the
sun for hours to shop here.
Wedding cakes are a specialty. Dine in or take out.
Expect the best in fresh bread & pastries at Maurice's.
