Excellent---REAL French cuisine, not some imitation of it. Great veal dishes, escargots, pate. ALL the soups are fabulous.Be sure to try the Tournedos Gerard and the dauphinois potatos. Watch for specials on Chateaubriand for two. Also have great holiday specials. Limited dessert menu, but all are good. Well-chosen wine list.

Chef/owner Mr. Crozier is a native of Lyons, France, and brings his Gourmet training to Metairie.
