Great view, but pricey. Food is quite good, and the location is absolutely
wonderful. Reservations, for sure.

This is what all other restaurants (not just seafood restaurants)
aspire to be. The building itself and the views of downtown and
the harbor are stunning. Oh, the food! It is excellent. There
is a wide variety of food covering seafood and into steaks. They
have all been excellently prepared. The service is also very
good. The bar is nice, so no wait is too long, especially with the
fabulous architecture and stunning vistas. Do be rushed when
you visit, take your time and enjoy this excellent dining experience.
Parking available on site too, a very rare instance for downtown
Baltimore dining! Spend any extra time walking the harbor, riding
the water taxi, or seeing the sights in downtown.

This was one of the most romantic dinners I ever had out. Visited
a boyfriend and was taken here. Food was delicious. Water taxi
was fun and different. Not sure of the price -- but I think pretty
pricey. Took a while but the food and view as worth the wait.

This is the premier restaurant at Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
Everything from the food, to the service, to the astounding view
is outstanding, . . . but you're gonna pay for it.
Situated directly across the harbor from such sights as The National
Aquarium, the five-sided, I.M. Pei designed World Trade Center,
and the Power Plant (the world's largest Gibson guitar sits atop
the portion belonging to the Hard Rock Cafe, you and your date
will have a truly stunning view. You may also be lucky enough to
see some of the larger sailing vessels drifting past your window.
The menu is extensive and imaginative. Gourmet twists on standard
Maryland seafood seem to be the Rusty Scupper's specialty. The
Chefs take full advantage of the mesmerizing effect of the exceptional
view on their customers to take their time preparing your meal
with careful attention to detail. The wine cellar is even more
extensive than the menu and has something for every taste.
