If you like authentic italian this is the place to have a very nice lunch or dinner. Carabba's is definatley my favorite italian place to out to but I cant afford to eat there all the time. The menu is a bit pricey but it is definatly worth every cent. This is arguably the best italian restaurant in Fort Collins. The service and atmoshpere make it a romantic place to spend the evening.

This is high class Italian. This seems more like what you would get at an Italian restaurant in Italy instead of the Americanized Italian we're used to. VERY pricey, so it's more a special ocassion restaurant.

Very upscale Italian dining. This is not really the place to bring the kids, but if you're looking for a romantic restaurant for dinner with your significant other, the atmosphere is accomodating. <br> The menu is distinctly different than your Carinos and Olive Gardens. It is a fine dining Italian menu. <br> The food was good, and so was the service. <br> The price being more than you may want to spend on an average dinner, you might reserve Carabas for special ocassions.
