I visited the Pufferbelly Ltd. while studying at Kent State and although
some may say it's "fine dining" the atmosphere was
a bit more "country" to me. I had parmesan crusted Talapia
served with lemon flavored, cilantro rice. The dish was absolutely
wonderful and I can remember it vividly even though at least 3 years
have passed. There is a very small bar and all of the seating had the old
wooden chairs with the handles on them that you would find at someone's
kitchen table. The atmosphere was definitely not as great as the food.

Housed in the historic Kent train station, the Pufferbelly Ltd.
is a fine dining experience not to be missed. With daily seafood
specials, Quiche and a suday buffet it offers a wide variety of
entrees and hors douvres as well as fantastic deserts.
