Great selection to choose from. I got the Dim Sum, and it was pretty good.
Service was good too.

This one of few chinese restaurants that offers quality Dim Sum and
regular dining. The Dim Sum is very comprable to LA & San Francisco.
Selections during Dim Sum are vast, not limited like other locations.
They offer live seafood selections and a very good variety on their
menu. Service is good.

C-Fu is very good Chinese food and an unusual find in this part
of Chandler. The restaurant is located in a strip mall next to
a makeshift family court. The dining room is spacious but dated.
The menu appears to go on forever, but offers something for everyone.

The staff was attentive and helpful with menu selections and
or food was ready quickly. The Dim Sum is delightful.

My choice: Assorted Dim Sum and Crispy Duck.

Outstanding seafood, and even better service. True, the atmosphere
is pretty drab (looks kinda like a VFW Post). However, if you've
never had fresh lobster with black bean sauce, then you've got
to try this place. Did I mention that the service was good?!

C-Fu Gourmet is undeniably the best Chinese place in the Phoenix
metro area. I would drive from Glendale to eat there, especially
if I were in the mood for fresh seafood ("C-Fu", "seafood", you
get it?). So choose the scallops, the salmon, the lobster (once
I got it on special there for 15 dollars!), or others, and then
choose your preparation. I think the Black Bean Sauce is the best.
It's hard to go wrong there.
It is easy to go wrong, though, with the appetizers, mostly because
you could get ones just like them in Glendale. They're boring,
run-of-the-mill, ordinary, etc. And while I'm being negative,
the atmosphere is horrible. This strip mall property looks like
it could have been a vast dance studio before being converted
to a restaurant. And what's with the lime green color scheme everywhere?
The painted carp on the south wall are one of the best parts of the
scenery; the regular parties to the north end of the dining room
are one of the worst.
