I have dined extensively in New Orleans and Cajun country. Is
this like the best there? Well, no. Is it pretty good? Yes! Is it
good, especially for Blacksburg, a 14 hour drive from Louisiana?
Heck yes!

Oysters on my po-boy were done just right. Sauce on po-boy not
like I've had elsewhere, but good. Red beans and rice, a little
disappointing. Tried the potato salad and it was quite good.

Boudreaux's features a clean, pleasant dining room. Service
was good.

Louisiana-style food. Friends from N'awlins say that it is not
that authentic, but they have some entrees that you certainly
can't find anywhere else in the area (Gator bites, crawfish etouffee,
etc.).
