the food can be really good..when there is enough of it. sometimes the items are all gone and it takes them a long while to refill it. it is pretty much self service.

This place is mediocre, but if you can just eat plates of shrimps and oysters all night for around $10, I'm not going to complain too much. It is true that the patrons here can be the worst part. They are greety and take all of a dish when it comes out. The restaurant needs to limit each person, so others can get some too. Family oriented, lots of kids, sometimes kind of dirty with food on the floor and sticky tableclothes. We go every once in a while when tired of other stuff.

Dear Sir, I am really want to establish Restaraunt like a Mongolian BBQ. I kindly ask you, if you have any idea, please send me how can I establish that kind of restaraunt. Are there any franchize? Thanks for your consideration. Sincerely yours Batulzii

Actually it's 1.5 star! buffet selection is OK but serving on popular items is lousy! They don't provide enough oyster & people getting in line for that all the time. Once came out its gone right the way (selfish people took 5-6 pcs)people at back of line got nothing. resturant should send server out limited to 2 ea plate till less traffic so everyone can taste it. I suggest people try the one at Castro Valley exit at Redwood Road? if you don't mind the commute. i believe its the same chain store but maybe by diff owners. Food is not awful but i am not tempted to go back.

A Chinese smorgy. Features a Mongolian open skillet cooking table. Some of the side dishes are excellent. The selection of side dishes rotates through the meal, so keep going back to the buffet line.

I really enjoy eating here for the last 10 years now! The owners Anne and Fung are pretty friendly. They have a salad and dessert bar as you enter on the left side. You get your main meal with soup, rice, chicken, chow mein/chow fun, stir fry vegetables, mushrooms, egg rolls, sweet and sour pork, etc. You can also have Mongolian style cooking with a selection of meat, chicken, lamb, variety of vegetables and sauces. AT NIGHT, they have a treat for seafood lovers -- mussles, oysters, garlic shrimps, crabs, etc. Everything tastes great! The only drawback, you might not get enough of the seafood due to the long waiting line at night! For less than $10 where else can you have a GREAT meal and eat as much as you can. Mmmmmm goooooooooood!

Can't figure out the attraction found here. Am I tho only one who selects a few meat and vegetable item and sauces and ends up with an inferior meal? Prices are not much, if any, better than a chef prepared Chinese meal found in many of the local restaurants. This place is busy. Understand a branch of the family has opened a similar place in Concord. The atmposphere is not much. You should like the hustle and bustle of a busy place but disappointment is what comes wuith the meal as far as I am concerned. Sure, it is all-you-can-eat yet this is not a great bargain. Try Sizzler's salad-pasta-whater bar. Desserts are lousey but who cares by the time I finish. No suprise.

I had a bad experience here. I found a cockroach in my fried rice when my friend took me there on my birthday. When we showed them the cockroach, they just said, Oh, sorry, we'll just charge you half price, OK?" I couldn't believe it!
