They have an interesting and eclectic menu. The food is well prepared and nicely presented. Decent wine by the glass is modestly priced.

Once again I was lost and had some hungry kids to feed. I saw the Denny's but did not wish to try for a left hand turn. So in to A p Barabas we went. This was a good choice. the kids said that they loved this place. I thought my food and the service was polite and attentive. So whenever we are in town, we ARE coming back.

What a wonderful surprise I found 2 years ago when I was in a hurry and needed to eat and be on my way home. I pulled into the driveway thinking that this must have been one of the old Pizza Huts or maybe a Sizzler at one time and the outside left a lot to be desired, but I was hungry and not in any mood for the near by Dennys. I could not wait to tell my son (a chef) about the great new place I'd found anf took him there the next evening. <br> It has become one of our favorite places to eat. AP Barbars is the ... more

This is a good, suburban family restaurant with a Greek flavor to it. We go to this restaurant 3-5 times a week. The staff is friendly and generally knowledgeable about the menu items and the daily specials. We have, on a regular basis, the Bonsai Burger, the Hawaiian Pizza, the Bad Burger, and the Rack of Barbecued Ribs. All are excellent. Stay away from the steaks. They make great hockey pucks or dog chews--but a terrible dinner! The pasta is also very good, the noodles are homemade as is the sauce. They ARE heavy with the garlic! With most entrees--both lunch and dinner, you also get fresh bread with garlic butter. Nice touch. After you are in a time or two, most of the staff will know you and will have anticipated what you want to drink. For the two dozen or so "regulars" we go straight to "our" tables. Generally there isn't a line, but calling on weekends or holidays isn't a bad idea. They will also do orders to go. Hours are 7am to 10 PM daily. Wine and beer, VIS ... more
