very fresh very clean excellent chefs who know what the heck they
are doing. had the best tuna roll ever there. this is a nice find
in weston, not as crowded as some of the other places and they really
take care of you here

Having eaten at several Sushi shops, this is by far the best. The
service is excellent and the chefs are top rate. The fish is always
fresh and you watch the sushi being made in front of you. I visit
the shop at least 1 time a week sometimes more. The variety is wonderful
and the chefs will work with you to make your order special.
