I loved the food. Very good enchiladas and the service was excellent.
Different from the main stream "mexican food" restaurants.
Highly recommend for an evening out.

Ive known about this place for years. Ive eaten at alot of mexican
restaurants here in OC but this one is still my favorite and brings
back all the flavors of home when i was younger. Also they have
dishes that are hard to find at your "anglo" style mexican restaurants.
Here i can delight in Birria and Barbacoa spicey meat dishes that
always make me come back for more. Also weekends they have menudo
and pozole.
Although the salsa for your chips is more like tapatio and not
the chunky salsa i like the main entree's make up for it and then
some. This restaurant also is one of the ones recommended in OC
Weekly magazine. Also there is alot of good parking and its close
to the freeway. Enjoy!
