This is a great deli that caters to the business clientele of the downtown area of Colorado Springs. It is a bit expensive, but it is "real" food. There are lots of healthy choices to choose from to build you a sandwich to your liking. They have limited bottled drinks and packages of chips to add to your sandwich selection at a high price. The help is run of the mill, no extraordinary service. Order your sandwich, they make it, hand it to you, and off you go with out a thank you or have a nice day or come back. They do have a very small eating area, but most people do carryout.

This place cooks all their food from scratch. Voted Best Sandwich in Colo. Springs several times. They even roast their own coffee.
