Excellent food at great prices. Everything is cooked right in front of you, and it's definitely a Hard Hittin' New Britain tradition. Nothing fancy here, but a solid place. No longer open 24 hours, but downtown NB is also much nicer than it used to be. Definitely a good choice for cheap eats.

this place is awful and has been for years. most of the patrons that frequent this place are odd to say the least. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Your average Diner. Very classic style diner. However, if you go late night, be careful of the people in and around there!

A wonderful 24 hour Diner in the heart of New Britain. You can have almost anyting you want from soup to nuts as they say at the Miss Washington Diner. If you have a hearty appetite they have seafood, hot open sandwiches, Roasted Chicken, Meatloaf, and Beef liver entrees. I am sure I am missing many others. They also have great chef's suggestions, clubs, and breakfasts. I love their pancakes and eggs. The omelletes are great, and they put just enough paprika, green peppers, and onions in their homefries. The atmosphere is typical Diner. Booths, and counter seating, and plesant waitresses. also holy cow, you can see the cook preparing the food right in front of you. A treat at any hour. GO FOR IT EAT AT MISS WASHINGTON DINER!!!!!
