Rainforest Cafe

Another viewer says they went there for Breakfast, I didn't know they served Breakfast. OK, I was wrong. This is a unit of Landry Restaurants out of Texas (Joes Crab Shack, Fudruckers, and many other chains) The one ins Las Vegas is a 10 star compared to the one in Galviston Texas, but I would agee it is only a two star. Problems include very slow service, mainly due to kitchen location, and layout. Square foot per seat helps with that problem. Management appears to have the feeling, if we are in High Volume Las Vegas, people will come at least once, and if they don't come back, that's OK, another tourist will replace them. The best restaurant in the company is is the (I think it's called) The Flying Dutchman on the Boardwalk at Kemah Tx. We enjoy Theme Restaurants, and our visitors always seem to want to see it, so we keep going back, but no improvement. All of the locations I have been to are in tourist areas where customer loyality is not needed. less
