Another great restaurant at the Bellgio resort & casino. All I had here was the sushi at the wonderfully dramatic and cool sushi bar. The restaurant also has teppanyaki (Benihana style), as well as a regular restaurant. The sushi bar, however, is the star attraction. Behind the sushi chefs are 3 large tanks. One is colored in purple light, one is in red light, and the last in amber light. Each tank contains about 6 or 7 jellyfish just floating around serenely in their tanks. The sushi is top rate, (a bit surprising for the middle of the dessert, but hey! this is VEGAS!) with some of the spiciest Spicy Tuna rolls on the planet! Each chef is responsible for about 4 or 5 seats (about 14 total) and each has his own style of sushi. Some are into more fancy presentations, while others are into old-style presentation. Either way, the sushi is great, and the beer is wonderful, and the sake is fantastic! Next time, I think I'll go for the teppan or the restaurant...which ... more
