For a quick, nice, cheap lunch this will be a fine choice. Combo/Special meal covers pretty much what you need. Egg roll was good when I ate there last time since its just deep fried from the kitchen.(watch out! its hot may hurt your touge)

This is not a classy place by any means, but if you want a quick, cheap lunch, it's not too bad. I like the "regular meal" which includes a choice of soups, fried won tons, egg roll, one entree (from a short list), and rice or chow mein, for $3.75+tax. In fact, the won ton soup and the chow mein are pretty good and quite satisfying.
