This restaurant is owned by Lawry's. Service is excellent. Upscale, with some dress and attire restrictions: Business casual is OK, Jeans are marginal, but I would not go there in athletic workout suits. Like Lawry's the Prime Rib is the forte. I found it to be smaller in portion and lower in quality than Gulliver's, which is located several miles away. Creaky wooden floors with a Tudor ambience. Classy, but I do not think that the food is worth it. If you are really looking for Prime Rib, try Gullivers in Irvine near the airport or one of the other restaurants nearby in Corona Del Mar.

Very good food; very pricey. Its one of these places you'll want to try at least once if you can afford it.

One of the best prime ribs and creamed spinach I've tasted. Very good size portion of prime rib for the price range. The bread pudding is also great. It's basically a light and air-filled bread that goes very well with the Lawry's sauce. The foods are great but remember that Five Crowns is famous for its fine prime ribs so make sure to try that. <br> The atmosphere very old-fashioned and classy. It is styled as an English cottage so the setting is quite sophiscated yet historic at the same time.

Do they still have that great brunch on Sunday and is it still in the entertainment book?

This famed eatery is located in the tiny beach community of Corona Del Mar. Surrounded by seafood establishments, this is a Lawry's restaurant that sets right on the beach. If you know Lawry's, then it's automatic that the prime rib will be exceptional. Try the wild rice soup for a starter - very good. Lobster is as good as any seafood eatery. They also feature the famous Lawry's creamed spinach. Wonderful dessert offerings. Valet parking a must due to locale; expect to wait even with reservations. Try the garden seating for a special time. Service is always top notch.
