Ilove to go and watch them as they cook your food. they have really good steaks and always cooked to your order correctly. there can be a wait sometimes, but it is worth it. the staff are always friendly also.

I don't think you'll find a better 24/7 offering within western Washington. I have always enjoyed taking a seat at the chef's counter (1-6) for an amazing experience. The waitstaff are quick, fun and precise in delivering great service/food. The managers make sure they take care of any issue on the spot and the chefs prepare some amazing dishes (especially at 3:30 a.m.)! Where else can you munch on oysters and sip Opus One at that time of day?!

This place is a nice place just go out and have a nice dinner or lunch. They have nice fresh food and the atmosphere really fits the style of this place. The food was great right down to the desert which was faboulous. The wait staff was courteous and friendly. The service was outstanding and verry fast and effecient. I recomend this place to one and all.

Hubby and I came here our 3rd night in Seattle and loved every moment of the experience. The wait staff was wonderful in being sure we were taken care of and the food was delicious. Will definately go there again.

13 coins is a classy joint. this place has great decor, with high-backed leather booths, and a kitchen-side bar for smaller or more eager parties. the food is good and it's open all hours, which makes it a great, albeit more expensive alternative, to other late-night dining options. if you have enough room for dessert, try the deep-fried ice cream. mmm...

Wow, well now that I am in Oklahoma of all places to be transfered to, I think 13 coins is the one thing I will miss the most! I remember sitting there as a child with my father, and dates for the prom, and other occasions, but the one time I remember the most, is Christmas Eve 1996. I lost my son a month earlier, and the wait staff seen me sitting alone, and looking sad. the hostess came to my table and asked, if there was something wrong, I told her, and she took her break and sat with me, what a night I had the sanatra, wow, I can smell it now. If and when I return to Seattle I think 13 coins will be the first place I go. not only service with a smile, but a hug too, and great food!
