Durig the week, The Malachite Ballroom serves as a luxary meeting location inside the spacious Hotel Inter-Continental in Addison. But from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm each Sunday, the staff presents an outstanding brunch buffet for a starving public. Seafood apetizers feature fresh salmon, shrimp, and crab; fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats adorn the salad bar;entrees include meats, fish, chicken, pasta, plus several breakfast items including an omlette bar. The dessert area has several non-fat items. But you won't be able to tell the difference. They are delicious. The dress code is casual business and is enforced. Prices: $ 32 adults, $ 16 children under 12. One of the best Sunday brunches we've ever had !
