My family comes to Lino's whenever we are in Rockford, and the pizza
is great. The other food is good too, but the pizza (though a bit greasy)
is unmatched, as is their special salad.
Recently, I attended a wedding reception in their banquet hall, and
the service was fantastic (as were the other employees we dealt with
during setup). The food was delicious and plentiful. Definitely will
keep coming back here.

A very good restaurant, a few detractors does not make a bad recommendation.
Try the saltimbucco for a taste treat. There is a reason this place is
packed when they are open. And the decor, show me a family owned Italian
restaurant that is decorated differently in America.

Superb! The lasagna is to die for. The best Italian food in Rockford.
There's a reason this place is always packed-get there early!

This has been a favorite restaurant of my family for over 25 years. The
Lasagna and Special Salad are not to be missed. They give you as much
bread as you would like and most dinners come with icecream. Lino's
is a staple in Rockford and often chosen for holiday business parties
and wedding receptions. The restaurant decor is meant to resemble
the streets of Italy. If you are planning to go on a Weekend night make
sure you make reservations first.

italian restaurant geared to the whole family, with reasonable
prices. The meat portions are small but the overall complements,
like garlic bread, salads, and soups are plentiful. I agree w/
other reviewers, the food was only ok, nothing to write home about,
more on the bland side and on the greasy side. Did not have calamari
fra diavollo. Actually, come to think of it, Olive Garden would
have more flavorful dishes.

Awesome pizza. It's a bit on the greasy side, but its well
worth it. The pizzeria is only open during the evenings. It seems
like they could expand their business further...they just don't
need to.

Yuck...Yuck...Yuck. I do not understand the appeal of this place.
The decor is kitchy which is the best part of the whole meal. Expect
dim lighting, and lots of red. The food is so average, I think I
could do better with Classico Sauce and some boiled pasta. BORING!!!
