This place is a buffet that used to feature PA Dutch favorites all around
Lancaster, PA. Now, it is more commercialized and the food selection
isn't as homemade as it once used to be. It has also gotten vastly
expensive - around $19 for dinner, but the dinner includes beverage,
salad, entree, dessert. I would say it is an okay place to go, but not
as good as it once was.

Excellent! We always enjoy the Shady Maple and the Children LOVE the
huge variety as well, especially the frozen soft drinks! Food quality
is very good and on this particular day they had Shrimp Fetuccini - Out
of this world! Broasted chicken and all of the Amish delectibles as
well - Enjoy!

Biggest buffet I have ever seen in my life! Food is fantastic,
service is great, I LOVE this place! Very hard to get into on weekends.
But well worth the wait! I highly recommend the Shady Maple!

It is always a pleasure to eat at your restaurant. Saturday was
special. It was my 83rd birthday and you treated me to lunch! You
do so many nice things and it shows by your success. Thank you so
very very much . A. W. Smith

I brought my tour group here when we visited the Lancaster area.
It was really really good. Lots of great tasting food - two full
size buffet bars. This is the largest restaurant I think I have
ever been in! Amish type food. You know it is a greay place when
you see the locals in here - even the Amish were here as customers.
An added "benefit" the basement level is full of gift
stuff!
