It used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the last two times
I have gone the food was not good. The service is good and they have
some interesting things on the menu. Friends tell me other Carrabas
are good, so you may want to try a different location.

Have been to the Coral Springs restaurant many, many times. The
ambiance is like dining al'fresco and very clean. The food is
fabulous! Pasta dishes made with sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke
hearts and fresh cheeses, to name a few. Great seafood and the
fried calamari is perfection. The meat dishes are also well made
(my personal favorite is Chicken Gratella - marinated in herbs
and olive oil and grilled). Hot peasant bread on the tables with
extra virgin olive oil and and fresh herbs are placed on the table
when you arrive. As for the desserts - delectible and presented
in a 5-star manner. Wood Burning brick oven pizza too!
Arrive early (before 6) unless you want to wait 45 minutes!
