Santa Fe Restaurant has a Southwest flavor tucked away in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Their salad bar is one of the best in the area. Main entres range from surf-n-turf, to BBQ. Dress is casual. Restaurant has three floors. The 'Penthouse' is an intimate lounge, and dining area; middle floor has a gift shop and live entertainment area; main floor is two levels: booths and tables. Also, has brilliant views of Killington peak. Energetic wait staff are courteous and guest oriented.
