GREAT BEEF BRISKET.. MOST ITEMS ARE A LA CARTE SO IT CAN GET A LITTLE

This place is famous for its Baby Back Ribs. But they also have
great Seafood, Beef Back Ribs, Salads, some exceptional sandwiches
like "BBQ Beef" and "BBQ Chicken".
You might think you're in the wrong place when you see the cuisine
is an African Jungle Safari. But I guess they got the idea from
having "Trader" in their name.
They're open 7 days, for lunch and dinner only.
