This place is overrated. The french fries are good. The entrees were nothing special. What redeems MK is the pastry chef. Go for dessert only.

MK is a very sleek restaurant, from the decor to the service. Although the menu changes seasonally, hopefully you'll find the soft-shell crab with chipolte aioli. It's fantastic. Also be sure to order a side of pomme frites with truffle sauce. The appetizers were solid, especially the asparagus with anchovy sour cream. However, the best part had to be the desserts. We tried the chocolate turtle, which had some amazing caramel in it, and the Lots of Blueberries with lavender ice cream, which was just a well-constructed dish. (Hopefully it stays on the menu for awhile.) The wine list is vast, but way too overpriced, and the main dishes didn't always work. Overall, however, MK is an enjoyable experience.
