Very nice place. A little upscale for me, but I was treated this time,
so no complaints. Very good food. Great atmosphere. Service was fantastic.

The Himmarshee is located in the arts and sciences district (Himmarshee
Village) up the street from The Broward center for the Performing Arts
and the Museum of Science and Discovery. Their menu changes daily,
but some signature items remain such as the Chilean Sea Bass, Risotto
cakes (appetizer) and for lunch, they have a fantastic Hamburger stuffed
with basil and gorgonzola cheese.

VERY good if you like seafood, and just good if you don't. The food
is excellent, and it is very classy. The price is a little steep, but
it is reasonable for what you are getting. The atmosphere is wonderful
and the wait staff was very pleasant.

I was reluctant about dining here because I normally don't
enjoy contemporary cuisine; however, I have found a new love
for it. I had a grilled dolphin fish (Mahi Mahi) with a caramel
sauce. Needless to say, it was delectible and I would recommend
it to all. Himmarshee is upscale enough for a tux and relaxed enough
for a sport shirt. A perfect place to dine with friends or that
someone special. Excellent food and excellent service. Six
stars!

This is one restaurant that I always feel confident recommending
to my friends and clients. it's contemporary cuisine, upscale
but not stuffy. They get a good crowd on the weekends and its pretty
happening on those nights. The Himmarshee is located in the arts
and sciences district (Himmarshee Village) up the street from
The Broward center for the Performing Arts and the Museum of Science
and Discovery. Their menu changes daily, but some signature
items remain such as the Chilean Sea Bass, Risotto cakes (appetizer)
and for lunch, they have a fantastic Hamburger stuffed with basil
and gorgonzola cheese (my personal favorite). This summer they
have a menu that starts at $7.95 for entrees. They get a very cool
crowd, keeping the quality up and the prices down.
