One of the most authentic Hong Kong style restaurants here in Seattle, a VERY close second to the long drive up to Vancouver for really authentic Hong Kong style food. Unfortunately, they don't offer Dim Sum but a big plus is that they usually open until 1am (3am on Fridays and Saturdays) for those nasty midnight cravings... I love the congee there and the service is very attentive and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. If you're looking for good Chinese food, this is the place to be!
