CORAL BAY, on Route One on the shores of the Indian River, is one of MELBOURNE'S most beautiful resturants. Here, you'll think your're "back in the Islands", with it's Caribbean cuisine, tropical decor, and view of the Marina, with it's many elegant yachts at moorings in this Indian River Lagoon. Everything here is congenial, and you'll be glad you came.

This a great place for lunch, as the food is excellent, the view is beautiful and expansive, service very good, and thge menu has something for everyone. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. Also, has a wonderful take out/deli/store that is also wonderful.

This restaurant is founded around Florida cuisine and Florida-made products. The cuisine is actually termed 'Floribbean'. The menu has both tropical and traditional dishes including steak, chicken, pork, seafood and pasta. They serve lunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor waterfront dining both available. The restaurant seats up to 525 with full banquet and meeting room capabilities. They even have a market place where you can purchase their meat rubs, sauces and salad dressings. It is upscale in style, with pastel Caribbean colors and Key West architecture. The decor and variety of food make the restaurant terrific for business lunches.
