Chef Mark Blaauboer, has put together a fantastic California
Contemporary menu. His susse chefs, Troy Blake and Nate Hubbard,
do an excellent job of presenting Chef Marks' menu selections
with perfect consistancy. All menu items are beutifully presented
and are not only delightful to the eyes, but the tummy too! For
starters the Tu style duck spring rolls with orange segments,
plum sauce and a sweet chili sauce, is not only displayed with
a beutiful contrast in color (featuring the Sydney Palm Tree)
but also a complimenting contrast of tastes as well. Be sure to
make a date for Friday night when the featured entree is "All You
Can Eat Prime Rib". Sydneys Prime rib is prepared the way you like
it and served with mushroom shaped red potatoes. It will fill
you up before your waiter can even offer you a second helping.
