St. Charles Locker is a family owned and run BBQ resturaunt. All ingredients are fresh and soups made daily. They offer a wide selection of steaks and sandwiches as well as some of the best homeade sausage and bratwurst this side of Germany. My personal favorite is their prime rib, which is seasoned to perfection and melts in your mouth. And if you like hot stuff, order the buffalo wings and tell Gebo you want em hot.
