Jenny's original location is still the best in Marin for
chinese. The place hasn't changed much in years, but is still
bustling and tight, with well prepared chinese in an unassuming
atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and the take out business
is huge. Her other location in Novato isn't quite as good
in my opinion, but is still pretty consistent, which is what Jenny's
is all about.

Jenny Low's is average chinese food. The restaraunt lacks
any real ambiance - its stock 1970's chinese restaraunt
without the kitchy feel to make it cool. If you are in the mood for
chinese and are downtown, then Jenny Low's is pretty much
it. If you want better chinese and you aren't rushing to make
the 7:00 showing at the Seqouia, try Tommy's Wok in Sausalito.

Great Calif style chinese food. You can have most any dish cooked
without oil. They use a variety of veggies including zuchini
and asparagus. Very generous with the main ingredients like
the shrimp, chicken and so on. There is also one in Novato. They
both get very crowded expecially Mill Valley where they are more
friendly. Novato has a few very nice waiters so don't let the people
who seat you turn you off. They also serve wine and beer. Healthy
and a real treat when dieting.
