A wide variety of dishes on the buffet, but half of them are chicken based. All are good. Meats include boneless ribs, and mussels on the half shell. A large desert line with a lot of fruit also, including bananas in a mayonaise sauce. A variety of five ice creams at all times goes with the buffet, as well as four soups and several different sauces besides the standard sweet and sour.
