The definitive Italian bakery. Oddly you can find more variety at Harborplace that in the small store. If you dine in Little Italy, make sure to visit here for desert or to carry out for later.

Regardless of where you eat dinner in Little Italy, you should always end up here for dessert. The menu is amazing (the size of an ordinary restaurant menu, but with only desserts!), the portions huge, and the food excellent. If you don't want to sit at a table, they also have a carry out counter. Beware, on Friday and Saturday evenings there will most likely be a line and a wait, but usually not longer than 15 minutes. The staff is polite and the food is great . . . definitely one of the places you must go to try.

locally and regionally famous for their canoles. Every thing at Vacarro's is good. I HIGHLY recommend visiting there for desert or coffee.
