I sent the following letter to the mgmt about our experience dining
there. I have yet to hear from them. My family and I ate at your restaurant last night. Last time we ate at
your restaurant was before we moved to Washington DC. Noodles was still
on College at that time. We liked the decor and ambiance of the new place.
We found it very pleasant. However, we were taken aback by the standards
of service. Many small things were overlooked that made for a very lackluster
dining experience. My wife is obviously pregnant. She was carrying the various supplies
for the two year old toddler I held in my arms. The hostess did not offer
to hold my wife's chair for her. Perhaps here in Fayetteville this
is a now a norm. I don't know as we don't go out to eat that much
since having the child and moving back to AR. We stood at the table as
the hostess walked off and servers stood talking. The hostess did not
offer or get a high chair for us. We had find and get a high chair ourselves.

I went there for my anniversary and was unimpressed. The food was very
bland, though the service was not bad. My husband didn't like his
food much either. The building is nice, however, and it is fun to color
on the tables.

very good food and service. The potions of food are very large,
so you better be hungry!!! They have a good variety on the menu
so there should be something for everyone. A good place to take
the adults and the kids!!! Not the best Italian food in NWA but
it's very good. They also do catering!

The most bland and 'off-the-rack' dining experience in a long
time experienced chez Noodles. Un-caring staff, assembly
line pseudo-Italian eatery in a big cavern of a place (used to
be a bowling alley) much over-rated and no amount of fairy lights
could lift this disappointing experience - calling GUTTER BALL
!
on Noodles - tho' the younger crowd seem to rave over it - ah,
the youth of today ! The crayons at least provided a diversion
from the boring food and even more boring atomosphere
-
much tempted to fling them in disgust at our SLOW and careless
wait-person !

The food was pretty good, but I have definately had better.
The atmosphere is laid back, and it definately is a place for families
to go. The waiter/waitress writes there name on the table, and
then gives you crayons to color on the table cloth with.
The overall service was satisfactory.

The food was Great! My wife and I looked at each other funny when
Amanda (our waitress) wrote her name on our table with a crayon.
They have a wide variety to choose from and the service is great!
I recommend noodles all the way!

Love it, love it, love it!!! Non-smoking, plenty of choices,
family style atmosphere, you name it, they've got it. I can't
wait to go back. The spaghetti with meatballs is my husband's
favorite. I am enjoying trying something new each time I go in.
