The very BEST burger in Lake Lure. Pizza may be their calling card, but they have a very diversified menu that serves my finicky family's appetite well at a price that doesn't bust the bank. Love the homemade fries. Wife got the grilled chicken sandwich. It was so big she couldn't finish it. Kids LOVE the pizza. Have ate here several times while traveling through and have never been disappointed!

We did not have the pizza (yet) but was amazed by the hamburgers, and fresh fries. yes they cut their own fries!I thought it was a thing of the past, but the fries only compliment what can only be called a masterpeice of burgerdom. We were prompted to eat here by a friend, I am glad we made the trip to Lake Lure. We plan on going back next month and trying the pizza. If it is as good as the burgers, I have a new favorite place to eat.

We stopped here on our second day in Lake Lure. Definately the best food we had in western NC. The pizza Is the best I have ever eaten, My family shares my views on this. Our waitress was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Her daughter was there and helped her serve our food, she was about 6 and very cute. we will definately be back.

This is a wonderful restaurant. We drove to Lake Lure for the day on a Saturday in October. We are having some work done at our house and wanted to get out of town! We purchased a dining certificate from Restaurant.com and decided to try our luck at a new restaurant in Lake Lure, about 20 steep, windy miles from our house. The Lakeside Pizza was well worth the drive. It is a small building that we could easily have missed but there were a couple of good signs telling us how far we had to go to get there. We loved it! The atmosphere is "unique", the waitress was very friendly and competent and the owner/chef, who came out to meet us, is friendly and an excellent cook. We had two of the entrees, Lasagna and a meatball sandwich, and they were both delicious. It was fun. We definately recommend this restaurant and we will certainly go again. Next time we will try the pizza!

Unfortunately we found this place on our last day in lake Lure. Possibly the best pizza I have ever eaten. My family loved it, our 16 yr old son got the Lakeside burger it was huge. The service was great we felt right at home. We stopped at their competition down the street (Lastrada) I would not recommend them to anyone.

The best pizza my family has ever had. The staff was freindly and attentive, they made us feel right at home. The owner is delightful and spent several minutes talking and helping us with directions and refered us to several great attractions and a really nice hotel.

The food here is always consistantly good. They use the freshest of ingredients. This is the place to find gourmet food on a low budget, plus the portions are huge. I would suggest this restaraunt to evryone who loves pizza, pasta, and subs.

The best Pizza we had while staying in the south, it reminded me of the pizza you get just down the road from our house in Jersy. The owner and staff were friendly. We enjoyed our meal so much we ate there 4 times in the three days we were in Lake Lure.

The food was superb, possibly the best pizza I have ever eaten. The crust was excellent and topped with fresh vegetables not frozen or canned. The menu was quite impressive for such a small place, and from what I saw go by the table no one will leave hungry or dissatisfied. We will definately spend more time there when we return to Lake Lure.
