Great family restaurant! Excellent food and friendly service. If you like steak or pork then this is the place. Generous portions and the side dishes are served family style. Desserts are good but usually it's hard to find room for them after the meal. Breakfast here is good also. Be prepared to wait on Friday and Saturday nights and after church on Sunday. The food is worth the wait.

My family has eaten here for years. Truly could be the friendlist restuarant you can find. If you looking for excellent food, and I mean excellent food from steaks or pork to the salads, this is the place to stop. From the outside its nothing to look at but dont shy away. Its what they serve inside that will garuantee you will return.

This is one of the best places to eat if you like pork dishes. They have an extensive pork menu. The food is served family style. They bring large bowls containing the side dishes and leave them on the table for you to help yourself. They also bring fresh dinner rolls in a basket. The desserts are excellent also, especially their apple dumplings ( and at your request)with a scoop of ice cream on top. However sometime you just have to take dessert with you as, the main course can easily fill you up. The atmosphere is casual with a farm/family decor. There is also a souvenir shop. It can be handy because sometime there is a long wait to get a table. However the food is worth the wait.

Family style steak house. The best beef and pork you can find. Steaks are very juicy and cooked to your order. If you like pork, the chops are large and done very well. Breakfasts are very hearty and the dinners can't be beat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I love this place!
